This incredible collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dali began production in 1945, 58 years before its eventual completion. The project remained a secret for some time, and the end goal was to produce an experimental film along the lines of Disney’s wildly successful and revered ‘Fantasia’. ‘Destino’ which was eventually released in 2003, tells the story of Chronos (the God of time) and his inability to realise his desire to love a mortal.
